How much does postage cost?

I send all orders via the Royal Mail on a First Class delivery service. For larger items/original art/framed prints I use Parcel Force.

Greeting Cards (Up to 10 Cards)- Royal Mail First Class £2.50

Small Parcel- Unframed A3 Prints and/or A4 Prints (Up to 5 Prints) - Royal Mail Second Class - £3.35

Framed Print- Secure, Tracked and Signed for Postage- £9.50

Please note, if you are local to Cirencester (3 mile radius) there will also be an option on checkout for my free local drop off service. Please contact me via email after you have placed your order to discuss a delivery slot that suits you.

Which areas in the UK do you ship to?

I currently offer shipping throughout the UK using the Post Office or Parcelforce as our carrier. Areas covered include the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

How quickly will my order be posted?

I aim to ensure that orders are posted within 2 working days. Unless chosen or stated otherwise (In busy periods). 

Once my order has been dispatched how long will it take to arrive?

Once your order has left me it will usually arrive within 2-3 days (Mon-Sat, excludes Sundays). All orders will be posted in the postage class selected when ordering via the Royal Mail.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

If you would like to change anything on your order after it has been placed, please email me ASAP on charlottestoneartist@gmail.com and if it has yet to be dispatched I can make the changes for you.

What Shall I Do If I Want to Return or Exchange an Item?

I want you to be 100% happy with your artwork but if for any reason you aren’t, you can return it within 15 days of delivery, undamaged, for a refund (minus any shipping costs- Postage costs are not covered). Please email me at charlottestoneartist@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your artwork to notify me of any issues. Artwork must be sent back by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packaged securely and is your responsibility until it arrives.  Unfortunately commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Once I have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order.

I always make sure that my artwork is posted in perfect condition and package everything appropriately to ensure it gets to you safely. But in the case of damage in transit, please send a photo of the fault via email and if you are returning the defected item, kindly make sure they sent back within 14 days of receiving. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order.
